This is my own mental process. Sometimes I really wish my mind would just rest for a little while. But it doesn’t seem to have an off button, or even a pause button.
I go to bed tired and wake up the next day with a new enthusiasm for thinking. This seems to be one of the main reasons why I like to work so much – in this case, my mind is focused on solving problems, not idle.
When I was younger, I thought it was a matter of lack of time. Someday I would have enough time to sit down and figure out everything I’ve been putting off. What a delusion. It will never stop until the very end.

I understand that feeling of wanting your mind to rest and not think…what helped me is Yoga.. and pranayam. Try it. It might do wonders for you. ❤️

Invent?

Something like… You know, you can tell someone the same thing a million times and they somehow don’t hear it. And at some point they suddenly “invent” the same thing, but it’s already their idea. And they can even tell it to you then as something completely new 🙂
