When I read this Fabrice Boulenger’s post I felt mixed feelings. Yes, I know it is via Human Design perspective and for lot of readers it can be out of their ability to assess in depth what is being discussed. But if you ignore the specific terminology like gates, circuits and centers you will catch the essence, because it is about something very simple: the 10k hour rule which permeated our work environment for many years. Regarding this rule if you invest around 10000 hours to learn something, this makes you expert into the field. And before AI business valued that expertise a lot and paid for it.
The core of this type of expertise is that it is based on the incremental accumulaton of knowledge via collecting experience and information. The problem is, that no one usually investigates critically is all this knowledge relevant to the time we live in or situation we face and most of this knowledge is just transferred mechanically to the next “student” without being sincerelly evaluated about it’s applicability. Or efficiency. Not to mention efficacy. So… are you still wondering why students don’t like schools anymore and do not respect their teachers like in the past ?
Adding to this the fact that the AI eats job after job for breakfast and the increasing anxiety into the socium regarding this fact seems the topic of experts irrelevance is in bloom. Or soon will be for sure. Because we do not need another one “master” to tell us how they succeeded if our own expertise is not demanded anymore. Oh yes, this is what these influencers really do – just take a look of random “expert” which tells about their success – they are actually braggind how they made it, which makes you feel loser just because you can’t make the things that way. The self-confident attitude is crytical. And the AI fakes it perfectly, so it deceives you that the hallucination they just gave you is absolutely true. Like many experts actually do 😉
But to feel loser in such situations is really big benefit for you. Thank God I would say. Because you clearly have maintained loyalty to yourself and your authenticity. Nothing that you might feel guilty about the inability to do things the way the expert tells you you should do them. And this is the catch here: you are different and you have your own way to do things. But no one expert cares about that, because they are trying to convince you that there is only one way and it is theirs. Chess! You’re screwed.
This is the biggest lie ever and inventions and innovations prove that there is always other way. Your way, maybe, if you dare to jump. And to make it different way.
And here the so called “experts”… Maybe they’re doing you the only favor by annoying you with messages that accuse you of not having time and that you’ll miss the moment if you don’t act immediately. Of course, their tactic is to use FOMO to get you to buy the product of their expertise, from which you will probably have no benefit.
But that might make you angry. And the anger is not a bad thing at all, if instead of using it to hurt someone, you turn that energy into your own expression. So instead of listening to another expert, just like that, out of irritation, you do something the way you feel it. You know that pivotal moment in the movies when the loser dares to rub his nose in the nose of the bully who is harassing him. But did you know that courage often emerges as expression of the suppressed anger within us? ?
Well, that’s your benefit from the experts – let them piss you off and then show them how it’s done. Your way. You might even not show them, but do it just like that, for your own satisfaction.
Because as Fabrice Boulenger says, presence is the new value, not expertise. Being yourself in the now. In every single moment of your life. And living that life authentically, as you, not as someone who feels imperfect – unprepared, not enough, or inexpert. No one can be an expert on how to be yourself except yourself. So, you are already expert in presence. If you allow yourself to simply be and express yourself authentically.
Did I make you angry?
